About the Role
IFBE is seeking a commercially driven professional to lead venue sales, business development and sponsorships for its experiential venue.
The role will focus on driving venue rentals, building strategic partnerships and developing new revenue opportunities across corporate, cultural and private events.

Key Responsibilities
Drive venue rental sales and achieve defined revenue targets
Secure sponsorships for IFBE’s events, programmes and initiatives
Build solid relationships with corporates, event agencies, luxury brands and institutional clients
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate long-term client partnerships
Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close sales
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partners
Work closely with the Program Director to develop and execute the venue’s revenue strategy

Experience
Minimum five years of relevant experience in venue sales, revenue generation, business development or sponsorship sales
Experience in luxury hospitality,



luxury management, cultural institutions, premium event venues or experiential spaces will be preferred
Proven track record of generating revenue through premium venue rentals, experiences, sponsorships or strategic partnerships

Qualifications
MBA in Marketing, or
Degree in Luxury Management, Cultural Studies, Arts Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline, supported by relevant commercial experience

Working Details
• Six-day working week
• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00/6:30 PM
• Workplace: Andheri West, Mumbai

Applicants must be comfortable working on weekends and maintaining flexible hours when required by the event and venue business.
