Main Responsibilities & Qualifications
Investment Operations responsibilities consist of Middle Office, Fund Administration, Performance & Attribution as well as Client Reporting.
Hands-on management of the daily activities of the Investment Operations team in India, which includes:
Oversee and monitor the CLO fund compliance on US and Euro CLOs.
Reconcile quarterly waterfall payments to ensure that expenses in the waterfall are accurately reflected.
Maintain CLO compliance modules in the system to assure correct calculation.
Review Indentures, Offering Circulars and other legal documents and model cash flow and compliance models based on them.
Perform operations role in various stages of CLO lifecycle (e.g., warehouse, closing, refinance, resets, and redemp
