About XpertDox XpertDox builds XpertCoding, an AI-powered autonomous medical coding platform used by healthcare organizations across the U.S. The platform codes medical claims within 24 hours at 95%+ accuracy, connects to EHR systems like Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and Experity, and includes a Business Intelligence (BI) platform where healthcare leaders monitor coding accuracy, revenue performance, clinical documentation improvement (CDI), and audit trails. Our clients include urgent care networks, primary care organizations, FQHCs, and medical billing companies.
What This Role Is You will be the first dedicated UX Researcher at XpertDox. You will own research across two products: the BI Platform (used daily by client leadership to track coding performance, review CDI feedback, and manage audit trails) and the company website (xpertdox.com, where prospects evaluate and request demos). You will work directly with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.



You will be expected to move from research to wireframe to recommendation within days, not weeks.
What You Will Do
Own and run NPS and CSAT programs across the client base. Analyze the results by client segment, user role, and product area. Turn findings into prioritized product recommendations.
Conduct usability testing and discovery interviews with healthcare decision-makers: CFOs, Revenue Cycle Directors, Practice Administrators, and Billing Managers. These are not tech-savvy power users. They need information presented clearly with minimal clicks.
Analyze behavioral data (session recordings, heatmaps, feature adoption funnels) on the BI Platform to identify where users drop off, which features go unused, and where workflow friction exists. Tools in use or planned: Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity.
