Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting development.
Strong expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.
Experience designing and developing semantic models, datasets, and enterprise reporting solutions.
Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and reporting best practices.
Hands-on experience consuming and analyzing data from Databricks hosted on AWS.
Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting production reporting environments and resolving reporting issues.

As a Developer, You Will

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into meaningful reporting and visualization solutions.
Develop and optimize data models, datasets, and semantic layers to support enterprise analytics.




Create advanced DAX calculations, KPIs, measures, and business metrics.
Integrate data from Databricks, AWS data platforms, databases, and other enterprise applications.
Monitor and improve report performance, refresh schedules, and query execution.
Implement governance, security, and Row-Level Security (RLS) standards.
Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability.
Support production deployments, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements of reporting solutions.
Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
