ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Tech Lead to guide delivery across Salesforce and AI agent initiatives, with hands-on experience building agents on platforms like Claude and Agentforce. This person bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating priorities into solid solution design. Solid project management and cross-functional communication round out the role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for projects spanning Salesforce, AI agent solutions, integrations, and enterprise workflows.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define scope, solution approach, priorities,



and implementation plans.
- Design scalable technical solutions across Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and long-term architecture goals.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership for agent-building initiatives using Claude, Agentforce, and related AI tooling.
- Guide the development of AI-enabled workflows, automation patterns, and user-facing agent experiences.
- Drive project execution by managing dependencies, technical risks, delivery milestones, and cross-team coordination.
- Review technical designs, code, configurations, and implementation approaches to ensure quality and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers and developers, support technical decision-making, and establish engineering best practices.
