Creative Producer: Founder & Brand Stories (AI-Native)
We are looking for someone who can find a good story before opening the editing timeline.
Vitiv AI (vitiv.ai) works across AI products, business automation, software, founder brands, architecture, fintech and ecommerce. Every week, interesting work is happening, but much of it remains buried inside meetings, technical projects, raw footage and founder conversations.
Your job is to turn that work into content people actually want to watch, read and remember.
You should bring:
• A journalist's curiosity
• A producer's ownership
• A video editor's eye
• The ability to use AI without producing generic AI content
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will help create founder, brand and product content for Vitiv AI and selected ventures and client brands. Topics range from AI automation, SaaS, CRM/ERP and ecommerce systems to architecture, travel fintech and founder-led storytelling.
This is a focused monthly production role. You will not be expected to push daily content for every brand at once.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Interview founders and team members to uncover useful stories
• Turn technical or complicated subjects into straightforward, engaging ideas
• Research topics and verify facts before publishing
• Write hooks, short scripts, captions and carousel outlines
• Plan mobile-first shoots and help people perform naturally on camera
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and founder videos
• Add clean English, Marathi or Hinglish subtitles
• Create thumbnails, carousels and supporting Canva creatives
• Organise raw footage, project files and approved brand assets
• Maintain a practical content calendar and approval workflow
• Review performance and recommend what to repeat or improve
• Use ChatGPT, Codex and our Obsidian knowledge system as creative support
