Job Description:
5+ years of L2 Production support experience
Must have experience in Banking projects
Strong PL/ SQL and Unix skills
Cloud understanding or experience is advantageous
Experience in ITIL concepts
Exposure of KYC, payment, or Banking experience
Good communication skills

Detailed JD:
Robust understanding of Linux/Unix administration and network infrastructure.
SQL querying and database troubleshooting
Certificate and SSL management; Route and connectivity investigation
Monitoring & Observability – Geneos, Splunk, Grafana & New Relic, Scheduling Tools (Control-M). Splunk dashboard creation and analysis.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to think independently to ensure solutions are achieved.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work in a team environment where solutions may come from multiple areas
Curious approach to problem solving with a desire for quality and avoiding repeat incidents.
