This role combines client relationship management, concierge services, experience planning,



vendor coordination, and lifestyle assistance. The ideal candidate is highly organised, service-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple requests while maintaining exceptional standards of client satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned members. Develop a deep understanding of each client's preferences, lifestyle, interests, and expectations. Serve as the trusted point of contact for all lifestyle and concierge-related requirements.
