Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time, in office in Kolkata, creating visual assets that reflect Daali’s green lifestyle ethos and brand identity. Responsibilities include designing marketing materials such as social media creatives, web banners, product packaging designs, and promotional campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.



Day-to-day tasks also include visiting the nursery or stores to generate content, preparing print-ready files, managing design projects from concept to delivery, and iterating on feedback to continuously improve visual communication. The Graphic Designer will help communicate Daali’s sustainability and design-focused values through clear, engaging, and aesthetically aligned graphics.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create cohesive visual narratives across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Branding to develop and maintain a distinctive, consistent brand identity.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.G., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
