About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Operations Engineer to lead and support enterprise network infrastructure operations across multiple technology domains. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in network operations, advanced troubleshooting, incident management, and continuous service improvement within large-scale enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead network infrastructure operations across data, voice, and network application domains.
- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex network and voice incidents.
- Own and drive Priority 1 (P1) incidents and critical network issues to ensure rapid service restoration.
- Execute complex network changes and configuration activities with minimal business impact.
- Ensure Incident Management processes achieve rapid and effective recovery of services.
- Proactively monitor network performance and reliability using operational tools and analytics.
- Conduct operational reviews of logs, configurations, and monitoring data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and provide feedback to engineering and deployment teams.
- Support DevOps and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.
- Recommend and contribute to network design improvements focused on availability, capacity, and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience working with an MSP, ISP, major carrier, or large enterprise network environment.
- Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across complex IP network infrastructures.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing complex network changes.
- Extensive knowledge of:
- Routing & Switching
- WAN/LAN/WLAN Technologies

- DHCP, DNS, and IP Address Management
