Job Description – Sales Manager
(B2B Sales | FinTech | Lending | BFSI)

Role Overview
We are looking for Sales Managers with strong experience in hunting and farming to drive business growth across enterprise and BFSI accounts.
The ideal candidate should have experience in FinTech, lending, NBFCs, or enterprise sales, with a strong sales DNA, commercial acumen, and a proven ability to acquire new customers while growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition (hunting) across target accounts and industries.
Manage and grow existing customer relationships through upselling and cross-selling (farming).
Identify business opportunities, engage key decision-makers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closure.
Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, business heads, product, technology, risk, and other stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and position relevant Signzy solutions.




Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets.
Build account plans and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to close opportunities and grow accounts.
Represent the company in client meetings and industry engagements.

What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of relevant experience in B2B/enterprise sales.
Experience in FinTech, lending, NBFCs, BFSI, or enterprise technology strongly preferred.
Proven track record in both hunting and farming.
Strong new-business acquisition and relationship-management skills.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise accounts.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Solid sales orientation with a high-ownership and target-driven mindset.
