We’re looking for an HR professional who understands the fast-paced world of digital agencies and can manage hiring while partnering closely with creative, strategy, social media, account management, and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for creative and digital roles.
Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates across multiple functions.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
Coordinate interviews, assignments, feedback, and offer rollouts.
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and candidate databases.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.




Assist with employee engagement, HR operations, and other people-related initiatives.
Stay updated on talent trends and build a robust network within the digital/creative industry.
What We’re Looking For
2–2.5 years of HR / Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a digital, advertising, media, or creative agency.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good understanding of creative and digital roles.
Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing and networking skills.
Someone who is proactive, organised, and comfortable working independently.
