Job Description — Head of Marketplaces
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

TeamPARIÉ is looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Head of Marketplaces to lead and scale our presence across Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart, Blinkit and other relevant beauty and e-commerce platforms. This role will own marketplace revenue, profitability, visibility, catalogue health and execution end to end.

Key Responsibilities
1. P&L; & Planning
Own the marketplace P&L;, revenue targets, growth strategy and profitability across all platforms.Build monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans by platform, category, SKU and campaign.
Analyse performance dashboards and act to improve conversion, ROAS, visibility and contribution margin.

2. Growth & Advertising
Drive growth through assortment planning, pricing, promotions, bundles, launches and platform-led opportunities.
Own marketplace advertising (AMS, Nykaa Ads, Flipkart Ads)— budgets, campaigns and ROAS.Ensure best-in-class listings: titles, descriptions, images, A+ content,



keywords, ratings and reviews.
Plan and execute festive campaigns, platform sale events, recent launches and exclusive offers.
Track competitor activity, pricing, category trends and customer feedback.

3. Platform Relationships
Manage relationships with platform account managers and negotiate visibility, commercial terms and campaign participation.

4. Inventory & Execution
Monitor stock availability, forecast demand, coordinate replenishment and prevent stock-outs or excess inventory.
Improve ratings, reviews and return rates through product, CX and platform coordination.
Work closely with marketing, creative, supply chain, finance and CX teams.
Build, lead and develop the marketplace team with clear KRAs.
