Job Summary

Responsible for supervising blow moulding shift operations, manpower, production targets, machine efficiency, quality, and shop-floor compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise shift operations and manpower deployment
Achieve daily production targets and ensure schedule adherence
Monitor machine efficiency, cycle time, downtime, and productivity
Ensure quality checks and defect containment
Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and troubleshooting
Monitor machine settings, process parameters, and changeovers
Maintain production, scrap, rejection, and downtime reports
Ensure safety, 5S, material handling, and shop-floor standards
Guide operators and ensure smooth shift handover
