Job Summary

The Site Coordinator supports commercial operations by coordinating site activities, maintaining business reports, and assisting with sales forecasting and performance analysis.



This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to ensure accurate reporting, data integrity, and smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain sales, forecasting, and operational reports.
Track performance against targets and identify key variances.
Coordinate site operations and stakeholder communications.
Support sales teams with reporting, data analysis, and deal-related information.
Ensure accuracy of business data and reporting systems.
Assist in process improvements and reporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications
