Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities in auditing,



inspection, and certification services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and managing the sales pipeline. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, participate in client meetings and presentations, and support contract negotiations. The role also involves maintaining solid client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications
