Position Summary:
The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that strengthen the company’s market position, build brand awareness, create demand, and support business growth.
The role works closely with business and practice leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into practical marketing plans, campaigns, content, and market-facing initiatives.
The position requires a combination of marketing planning, stakeholder management,



and hands-on execution, with the ability to manage initiatives from planning through delivery and measurement.
The individual will work across areas such as positioning and messaging, content, campaigns, digital marketing, events, thought leadership, and sales enablement, depending on business priorities.

Functional Requirements
Strong understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, IT services, consulting or digital services workplace.
Ability to understand technology and business propositions and translate them into clear and relevant positioning, messaging and marketing content.
Good strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify marketing opportunities and develop practical approaches to address them.
Ability to work effectively with business, practice and functional stakeholders to understand requirements and develop appropriate marketing programs.
