? We’re Hiring | Desktop Engineer

CoverSure is looking for a Desktop Engineer to own day-to-day IT support, device management, user administration, and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Laptop/Desktop setup, provisioning & troubleshooting
• Windows & Mac OS support and system log analysis
• Google Workspace: User, License, OU & Access Management
• Endpoint Security: Sophos, Antivirus, Malware Response & Agent Management
• BitLocker / FileVault and device security
• Local Admin & Application Access Management
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding, including data retention
• 2FA / Security Policy enforcement
• IT Asset Management, Documentation & Vendor Coordination

Requirements:
• 0–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Administration / System Administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows, basic networking & troubleshooting
• Hands-on exposure to Google Workspace & Endpoint Security
• Understanding of Sophos, BitLocker/FileVault & 2FA
• Robust problem-solving and user-support skills
