About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Design Engineer to join our energetic team at Glauben Power. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of Low Voltage (LT) electrical panels/switchgear, ensuring they meet customer specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements. You will play a key role in driving product innovation and supporting the smooth execution of electrical panel manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualization and Design:




Develop detailed engineering drawings and schematics for Low Voltage Electrical Panels (e.g., MCCBs, contactors, relays, and other electrical components).
Perform load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, and thermal management to ensure the panel’s stability and safety.
Design efficient and optimized panel layouts that maximize space utilization, enhance ease of installation, and facilitate ongoing maintenance.
Create 3D models of panels using CAD software to visualize the design, perform interference checks, and refine product features.
2. Technical Documentation:
Prepare and maintain technical specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), and other necessary documentation.
Create and maintain detailed design records and drawings in accordance with internal and client specifications.
3. Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and production staff to ensure seamless project execution.
