Role Overview

This role focuses on applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize internal cyber workflows, platforms, and operating models, improving throughput, quality, and cost efficiency across global delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Six Sigma & Process Excellence (Core Focus)
Apply DMAIC / Lean frameworks to improve internal cyber operations
Conduct as-is vs to-be assessments of processes
Drive process standardization, SOP creation, and control frameworks
Define KPIs and governance of the same
Redesign and optimize workflows across:
Reduce manual touchpoints and process variability
Enable scalable, repeatable operating models across GCC locations
Automation & Platform Efficiency
Identify and implement automation opportunities across services
Use tools such as:
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Workflow/orchestration tools
Partner with tech teams to build solutions
Data, Metrics & Decision Intelligence
Build operational dashboards
Improve data quality and reporting frameworks
Enable data-driven decision making in cyber operations




Stakeholder & Transformation Leadership
Partner with:
Cyber Ops leadership
IT / Platform teams
GCC delivery teams
Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives
Drive adoption of process excellence in cyber teams
Team Leadership
Review and guide junior resources
Coach teams on Six Sigma tools and mindset
Build a continuous improvement culture within cyber ops

Required Skills & Experience

Core

8–12 years in Operations Excellence / Six Sigma / Transformation
Preferred Experience improving internal operations
Strong track record in process optimization at scale

Six Sigma

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt preferred
Expertise in:
Process mapping
Root cause analysis
Waste elimination

Automation & Data

Power Platform (must-have)
BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
Basic Python / data handling knowledge

Leadership

Solid stakeholder management
Experience driving global/GCC transformation
Ability to influence opera
