About the Role:
Amplus Subsidy Solutions is looking for a Sales Executive to generate, develop and convert B2B opportunities from MSMEs, manufacturers and industrial businesses.
The role involves understanding the client’s business and project requirements, identifying potential Government Subsidy, Incentive and Compliance opportunities, building relationships with promoters and decision-makers, presenting relevant solutions and converting qualified opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify prospective MSMEs, manufacturers and industrial entrepreneurs.
Generate leads through industrial areas, associations, exhibitions, networking, referrals, digital platforms and databases.
Identify promoters and key decision-makers.
Conduct outbound calling, WhatsApp, email and other business development activities.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop referral and channel relationships.

2. Lead Qualification
Understand the client’s:
Industry and manufacturing activity
Location
New project / expansion / modernization




Project and machinery investment
Turnover and employment
Udyam / MSME status
Land / building status
Project stage
Existing approvals
Subsidy requirements
Compliance requirements
Financing requirements
Expected project timeline
Distinguish between Lead → Qualified Lead → Genuine Chance.

3. Consultative Sales
Understand what the client is trying to achieve.
Diagnose the client’s business and project requirements.
Identify potential Government Subsidy, Incentive, Compliance and related consulting opportunities.
Identify multiple genuine requirements wherever applicable.
Coordinate with the Research / Process Team for technical validation.

4. Government Subsidy & Scheme Sales
Develop working knowledge of major Government schemes and incentives relevant to MSMEs and industries, including:
State Industrial Incentives
PMEGP / CMEGP
MOOWR / EPCG
MoFPI Schemes
NAIF / AHIDF
SIDBI Schemes
SPICE
SCLCSS
RoD
