Role Overview
As a Senior Associate – Influencer Marketing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Management, Creator/Talent Procurement, Planning, Content and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within the agreed scope and to the expected quality standards.
This role requires someone who is highly organised, execution-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
You will be expected to take ownership of campaign execution rather than simply coordinating tasks.
Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution & Ownership
Take complete ownership of the execution of assigned influencer marketing campaigns from kick-off to closure.
Understand the campaign brief, objectives, target audience, deliverables, timelines and client expectations.
Create and maintain campaign execution trackers with clear timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
Ensure all campaign activities are executed as per the agreed plan.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure there are no gaps between planning, creator onboarding, content creation and publishing.
Proactively identify execution risks and resolve them before they impact campaign timelines.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within the agreed timelines and scope.
2. Influencer / Creator Coordination
Coordinate with influencers, creators, talent managers and creator agencies for campaign execution.
Share campaign briefs, content guidelines, deliverables and timelines with creators.
Follow up with creators for:
Brief acceptance
Content submissions, Drafts, Revisions, Approvals, Posting, Live links, Campaign analytics
Maintain robust professional relationships with creators and talent managers.
Ensure creators are clear about campaign expectations before content production begins.
Handle creator queries and execution-related concerns efficiently.
Escalate creator-related risks or delays wherever required.
