Any Diploma, UG, or PG degree with relevant hostel administration experience
Basic relevant computer knowledge is a must
Age between 35 to 50 years
Ability to counsel students
Ability to manage the Mess Hall
Fair knowledge of English and Telugu languages
Candidates from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States are preferable
Strong skills in handling students
Willingness to work as resident staff
Good commanding skills, written and communication ability
Basic computer knowledge in MS Office
Linguistic proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory
Knowing Hindi is an added advantage
Immediate joiner required

Job Description

Support the University’s equality and diversity commitment
Responsible for health, hygiene, and general welfare of hostel students
Attend to health, sickness, sanitation, and cleanliness matters per guidelines




Ensure hostel students follow hostel rules for guidance and decorum maintenance
Manage discipline in the hostel following University’s Disciplinary Procedures and Codes of Conduct
Report serious disciplinary or alarming issues to Head of Hostel Administration & Head of Student Affairs
Assist in Hostel Administration and the admission process of new students
Establish and maintain appropriate social contact with students
Provide relevant information about students when required
Offer appropriate first aid support as needed
Participate in crime prevention, health, and safety awareness initiatives
Respond to on-site emergencies during out-of-hours
Ensure a bullying and ragging-free hostel workplace
Conduct surprise rounds and checks of hostel rooms
Produce written reports
