Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Dewas, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Ominiflow’s customer base. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging,



gather market feedback, and support new feature launches. Daily activities include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation. The role also includes building long-term client relationships, monitoring performance against sales targets, and reporting on sales metrics to leadership.

Qualifications
Strong skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and pipeline management, with experience managing full-cycle sales processes.
Ability to conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative discussions focused on customer needs and business outcomes.
Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting, including accurate data entry, forecasting, and performance tracking.
