A well-established and rapidly growing retail organization operating multiple supermarket locations is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, ensure operational excellence, and drive consistent customer experience across all locations.

Role Summary
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing multi-store operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining inventory accuracy, driving operational efficiency, leading store teams, and delivering a high standard of customer service. The role requires close collaboration with store managers and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Store Operations





Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail store locations.
Ensure consistency in store operations, merchandising, cleanliness, and customer experience.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate manpower allocation and operational resources across stores.

SOP Compliance & Store Audits

Ensure strict implementation of company SOPs across all stores.
Conduct routine operational audits and compliance checks.
Monitor operational records, registers, and documentation for accuracy.
Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Prepare periodic compliance and operational performance reports.

Inventory Management

Monitor stock availability and replenishment to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.
Ensure accurate stock counting, reconciliation, and inventory control.
