Suroskie is a fast-growing D2C skincare and beauty brand built for the modern Indian consumer. We’re looking for a highly driven Influencer Marketing Manager who understands that influencer marketing is not just about views and reach—it is about conversions, revenue, and profitable growth.

JOB ROLE
You will own the influencer marketing channel end-to-end, with accountability for revenue, spends, CAC, ROAS, profitability, and growth. The ideal candidate understands which creators can actually drive sales, how to build high-converting creator content, and how to scale winning creators and concepts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the P&L; and business performance of the influencer marketing channel, including revenue, spends, CAC, ROAS, and profitability.
Identify and build a strong network of Nano, Micro, Macro, and Premium creators based on their ability to drive sales.




Develop and execute conversion-focused influencer campaigns across Reels, Stories, and other relevant formats.
Ideate high-performing concepts, hooks, scripts, CTAs, and content angles with creators.
Develop creator content that is organic, relatable, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused.
Analyze creator-wise performance to identify which creators, content, and formats are driving actual purchases.
Continuously test creators, concepts, hooks, offers, and storytelling formats to improve channel efficiency.
Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators who consistently deliver sales and quality content.
Work closely with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, and Brand teams to amplify winning influencer content.
Set explicit targets for internal teams/agencies and ensure execution against revenue and efficiency goals.
Track performance through UTMs, coupon codes, attribution, and dashboards
