What This Role Is About
We're looking for someone with a strong marketing instinct who's equally comfortable getting into the operational weeds — channel coordination, retail execution, and the day-to-day work of keeping our brands running across D2C, retail, and marketplaces.
This isn't a siloed marketing role. You'll split time between running campaigns/content and coordinating the operational side of our retail and marketplace channels — PO tracking, listing hygiene, retailer coordination, launch logistics. If you like variety over a narrow lane, this is built for you.
We're a small, fast-moving team. Things change quickly, and priorities shift — you'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and owning your work end-to-end.

What You'll Do
Marketing
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and retail/marketplace platforms — Nykaa, Amazon, Myntra, Quick Commerce — directly or through agency partners
Own the Instagram content calendar: planning, coordinating with creators and designers, ensuring consistent on-brand output




Track campaign metrics, prepare reports, and make data-backed recommendations
Stay current on K-beauty trends, competitor activity, and what's resonating on social and in retail
Channel Coordination & Retail Ops
Support marketing activations for retail channel partners and marketplace presence
Coordinate with retail partners and marketplaces on listings, visibility, and in-store/on-platform launch execution
Assist with new brand and product launch logistics — coordinating between marketing, supply chain, and retail partners
Step in on general retail and channel operations tasks as needed — this role isn't fenced off from execution work

You'd Be a Good Fit If You
Have 1–3 years in digital marketing or retail/channel operations — beauty, D2C, or FMCG preferred
Are comfortable with ad dashboards and can hold your own with agency partners
Have a robust instinct for Instagram content — aesthetically and strate
