We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support U.S. healthcare hiring as part of an offshore RPO/recruiting team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and screen qualified healthcare professionals
• Recruit for roles such as SLP, OT, PT, BCBA, RBT, caregivers and behavioral health
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed and healthcare job boards for sourcing
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate with the client’s hiring team
• Manage candidates through the recruiting process
Requirements:
• 2+ years of U.S. healthcare recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and Boolean search
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work U.S. hours and support a quick-paced recruiting environment
