Job Title: Manager - Business Development

Job Summary

The Manager of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market presence through strategic planning and execution. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in CCTV and structured cabling solutions, who can identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and structured cabling sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor and report on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications And Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the CCTV and structured cabling industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
