Role Overview
We are looking for target-driven Field Sales Executives to drive school partnerships across Chennai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. You will take 100% ownership of the sales funnel—from prospecting schools and giving live demos to school management to negotiating and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
School Outreach: Visit target schools and build direct relationships with Principals, Trustees, and Decision-Makers.
Demos & Presentations:



Deliver compelling live pitches and STEM lab demos tailored to school requirements.
End-to-End Sales Closing: Manage the full sales cycle—lead generation, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing agreements.
Onboarding & Support: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless lab setup and post-sale satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Track daily field visits, leads, and deal statuses in reporting sheets/CRM.

Requirements
Experience: 1–4 years in Field Sales or B2B Sales (EdTech or school sales experience preferred).
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and deal-closing capabilities.
Language: Fluency in English + local regional language (Tamil for Chennai, Telugu for Hyderabad, or Kannada for Mysore).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily school visits.
