We’re looking for a Sales & Client Concierge to join Fern & Ade and become the person behind our customer conversations — from the first WhatsApp message to the final order.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll take ownership of our incoming sales enquiries across WhatsApp, our website and digital campaigns.
You’ll talk to customers about their homes, understand what they’re looking for and help them find the right piece.
That could mean recommending a sofa for a new living room, helping someone choose between two loungers, answering questions about dimensions and upholstery,



or suggesting three pieces through our Send Your Space service.
You’ll:
Respond quickly to new enquiries
Understand the customer’s space, budget, requirements and timing
Work with design team to select the products that work best for them
Share photos, videos, dimensions, fabrics and product details
Prepare and send quotations with the team
Follow up estimates consistently and intelligently
Close straightforward orders
Spot larger opportunities and bring the Design Team into the conversation when needed
Look after architect and interior designer enquiries
Reconnect with previous customers and leads
Help coordinate the customer journey through to delivery
Follow up after delivery for reviews, feedback and photos
Ensure up-to-date inventory in warehouse at all times on zoho and with channel partenrs
