Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to drive people-focused initiatives, performance management, HR analytics, and technology-enabled HR processes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and passionate about building a high-performance, engaging, and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Drive HR initiatives focused on employee performance, engagement, and workplace experience.
Own and maintain performance dashboards, HR metrics, and people analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
Leverage AI, HR technology, automation, and digital tools to streamline HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.




Develop and implement performance management processes aligned with business and organizational goals.
Analyze HR data and identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
Partner with business leaders and managers to address people-related challenges and support organizational growth.
Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, collaboration, productivity, and a positive workplace culture.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes through technology, automation, and innovative practices.

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within Technology, EdTech, startups, or other fast-paced organizations.
Solid experience in performance management, HR analytics, and talent acquisition.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
Comfortable working with HR dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
