Role Description The Senior BIM MEP Modeler is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing detailed MEP models in BIM platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards. The role involves collaborating closely with architects,
structural engineers, and MEP design teams to integrate models, resolve conflicts, and maintain up-to-date project documentation. Daily tasks include setting up BIM templates, conducting clash detection, preparing construction-ready drawings, and supporting project teams with technical guidance on Revit and other BIM tools. The Senior BIM MEP Modeler also contributes to improving internal workflows, mentoring junior modelers, and implementing best practices aligned with Morph’s ISO-certified processes.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in BIM and MEP modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and related BIM coordination software).
Experience in MEP design and coordination, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems within building projects.
Solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and documentation, ideally aligned with ISO 19650 and ISO 9001 pr
