Tipstat helps companies adopt AI where it changes the P&L;: redesigning workflows around AI agents, automating operations, and getting their data and teams ready for it. Clients do not buy technology from us. They buy outcomes: faster cycle times, lower cost-to-serve, better decisions.

What we do not yet have is the machine that finds those companies and warms them up before anyone gets on a call. That is this job.

You will be the first person we hire to build demand from zero. Not to run a channel that already exists, not to manage anyone, and not to hand leads to a sales team. You will design the pipeline system, build it with AI, run it yourself, and be judged on what comes out of it. You will work directly with the founder.

This is a hybrid of growth marketing and revenue. If you think of yourself as a marketer who learned to build, or an operator who learned to sell, you are the person we are describing.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

The entire top of funnel, built from nothing: ICP definition with the founder, list building, enrichment, sequencing, content, and the landing pages.




The AI layer underneath it. We expect you to build agents and workflows rather than do the work by hand. Research, enrichment, personalisation, qualification and reporting should mostly run without you.
Qualified pipeline as your number. You own how much of it exists and how good it is, reported weekly, with your assumptions visible.
The narrative: what we say, to whom, and why it lands. Our buyer is a COO thinking about cost-to-serve or a CFO thinking about payback, not an IT team.

Evidence you built a growth or outbound engine from zero and it produced something countable. Meetings booked, pipeline created, revenue closed, an audience grown. One real number beats five years of responsibilities.
