Role Description: The Sales Executive is responsible for handling reliable, high-value and technical inquiries, understanding customer applications,



suggesting correct solutions, supporting coordinators, managing negotiation, protecting margin, closing orders and developing repeat customer accounts. This role directly impacts monthly revenue, gross margin and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
High-Value Lead Handling
- Handle hot leads, serious inquiries and high-value opportunities.
- Speak with purchase, maintenance, engineering, project, OEM, panel builder and management teams.
- Understand customer application before recommending product or price.
- Prioritize urgent, negotiation-stage and large-value quotation cases.
- Maintain ownership of important opportunities until closure.
Technical Sales and Product Suggestion
- Suggest correct product or complete solution based on application.
- Support sales coordinators when technical selection is difficult or incomplete.
- Review customer requirement before quotation for important cases.
