We are seeking an experienced IAM Support / Identity & Access Management Analyst with 8–13 years of experience to join our Identity and Security team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
This role will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise identity and access management environments while ensuring secure, reliable, and seamless access to applications and resources. The candidate should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments, handling escalations, investigating authentication issues, and collaborating with infrastructure, security, application, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 IAM support for enterprise identity, authentication, authorization, and access-related issues.




Administer and troubleshoot Okta environments, including user lifecycle, application integrations, SSO, MFA, policies, and access configurations.
Support Okta Access Gateway (OAG) integrations and troubleshoot authentication and connectivity issues.
Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID environments, including users, groups, enterprise applications, authentication methods, and identity configurations.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Conditional Access policies and access controls.
Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementations and resolve authentication, enrollment, and policy-related issues.
Troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations across enterprise and third-party applications.
Configure and troubleshoot federation protocols including SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Analyze authentication logs, access failures, token-related issues, and federation errors to identify root causes.
