About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Exports to drive international business growth through White Label / Private Label partnerships. The role will focus on identifying overseas prospects, building distributor/importer relationships, understanding client requirements, and converting opportunities into successful export orders.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities for White Label/Private Label products.
Research and prospect importers, distributors, retailers, wholesalers and brand owners across international markets.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, trade portals, databases, exhibitions and other channels.
Connect with potential clients, understand their product, packaging, pricing, MOQ and market requirements.
Prepare and share product presentations, quotations, samples and proposals with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for product development, sampling, packaging, costing and production feasibility.




Manage the complete sales cycle — lead generation → enquiry → negotiation → sampling → order confirmation → execution.
Follow up consistently with international prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times and commercial terms with clients.
Maintain robust relationships with existing international clients and identify opportunities for repeat orders and account expansion.
Track competitor offerings, market trends and pricing across target international markets.
Maintain accurate CRM/MIS reports, sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Packaging, Finance and Logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
Support documentation and coordination related to international shipments and export orders.

Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in International Business / Export Sales / B2B Sales / Private Label / FMCG.
Experience in food, health & nutrition, supplements or consume
