We are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, excellent visual taste, a deep understanding of social platforms and the ability to turn an idea into compelling content.

As our Content & Creative Producer, you will own the day-to-day content pipeline across So Fetch.

You will be responsible for:
Ideation → Concept → Script → Production → Shooting → Editing → Publishing → Analysis → Iteration

You'll work closely with the founder and wider team to translate the brand's identity, products and business objectives into content that people genuinely want to watch, share and engage with.
What you'll do -

1 - Content Strategy and Ideation
Develop original content ideas across Instagram Reels, Stories, static content and other relevant social formats.
Turn brand, product and business objectives into interesting, culturally relevant content.
Identify opportunities around trends, conversations, cultural moments and emerging formats.




Develop recurring content formats and series that can build a recognisable brand voice.
Maintain and own the content calendar.

2 - Creative Development
Take ideas from a rough thought to a fully developed content concept.
Write hooks, scripts, talking points and captions as required.
Develop shot lists, references and visual directions for shoots.
Think about storytelling, pacing, framing and narrative - not just aesthetics.
Collaborate with the founder on founder-led content and help translate her ideas into strong social-first formats.
3 - Production and Shooting
Shoot video content for social media.
Plan and execute both structured shoots and spontaneous, social-first content.
Understand lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, sound and visual storytelling.
Coordinate props, locations, styling, talent and other production requirements when necessary.

4 - Editing and Post Production
Edit short-form video from start to finish.
Have a strong understanding of pacing
