Sales Representative / Sales Counsellor / Team Leader – EdTech

We are looking for passionate and result-driven Sales Representatives/Sales Counsellors and experienced Team Leaders to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, promoting our career-focused programs, and driving successful enrollments.

Candidates with relevant sales experience will be considered for the Sales Representative/Sales Counsellor role, while candidates with proven team-handling and sales leadership experience may be considered for the Team Leader position.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, a solid sales mindset, and the ability to convert opportunities into successful enrollments.



Team Leader candidates should additionally have strong leadership, team-management, coaching, and performance-monitoring skills.

This role requires working in the UK Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals
• Explain course details, benefits, outcomes, and career opportunities to prospects
• Generate interest and convert leads into successful enrollments
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain consistent communication
• Build strong relationships with students and provide an excellent customer experience
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records using CRM systems
