Key Summary:




We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – Python with robust expertise in Python,Fast API and to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will lead Python development, manage cloud deployments on OpenShift and Azure, ensure robust application security, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) to drive productivity and innovation.

Technical Requirements

8–12 years of experience in software engineering
Strong expertise in Python (core concepts including decorators and advanced features)
Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure
Strong experience in building RESTful APIs and distributed systems
Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker)
Experience with Kubernetes / ECS and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of system design and scalability patterns
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven ability to own and drive projects independently
