Job Description

The Sr. Consultant- Project Coordinator will support AUS Mining projects by coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring timely tracking of project deliverables. The role works closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, project controls, and commercial functions to support successful project execution and governance.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items.
Planning & Scheduling: Support MSP/P6 schedules and monitor project progress.
Reporting: Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
Risk & Change: Maintain project trackers and registers (risks, issues, actions, and changes).
Governance: Support project compliance, approvals, and governance processes.
Data Management: Maintain accurate project data, documentation, and reporting systems.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work with PMs, engineers, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Tools:

Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Familiarity with Power BI and project reporting tools.
Understanding of project lifecycle, project governance, and document control processes.
Knowledge of risk, issue, and action tracking methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration,
