Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and workplace configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Performance Test Lead, you will lead and manage end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering activities across enterprise applications. You will collaborate with business, development, architecture, infrastructure, and QA teams to define performance strategies, ensure applications meet performance SLAs,



and drive continuous improvements in system scalability and reliability. The role involves designing real-world workload models, developing performance test scripts, analyzing system bottlenecks, and providing recommendations to optimize application performance throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
