Role Summary
The Senior IT Operations Lead will provide technical leadership and operational ownership of the organization's internal IT infrastructure and OT technology setting supporting Data Center operations. This is a senior hands-on individual contributor role within a captive Data Center organization, responsible for the reliability, security, availability, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the organization's own technology environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Operations & Reliability
• Provide technical and operational leadership for the organization's enterprise IT infrastructure supporting corporate and Data Center operations.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of infrastructure operating on a 24x7x365 basis.
• Oversee networking, servers and compute, virtualization, storage, backup, firewalls, security infrastructure, wireless, telephony, collaboration systems, end-user computing, and monitoring platforms.
• Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, performance optimization,



technology lifecycle management, and operational KPI tracking.
2. OT Security & Data Center Technology Environment
• Support and govern IT and OT security procedures relevant to Data Center operations.
• Work closely with Data Center Operations, Engineering, Security, Automation, and Technology teams to ensure appropriate protection and segregation of IT and OT environments.
• Develop and maintain procedures for secure access, privileged access, remote connectivity, patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening.
• Support security assessments, audits, vulnerability remediation, risk mitigation, incident response, and root cause analysis involving IT and OT-related systems.
3. IT Service Management & Operational Governance
• Lead and continuously improve Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration, and Asset Management processes.
