Role Description The Telesales Representative will work in a full-time, in office position based in West Delhi, engaging prospective and existing business customers via phone to promote Logistique Biz’s logistics solutions and services. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls, explaining platform features and benefits,



qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into sales opportunities. The representative will maintain accurate records of interactions, follow up on leads, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer questions, resolving basic service-related concerns, and sharing customer feedback with management to improve offerings. The individual will also participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on products, pricing, and market trends.
