Head of Marketing/CMO

About the role
DoubleTick.io, an award-winning conversational CX stack, is looking for a agile and results-driven Head of Marketing/ Chief Marketing Officer to lead and scale our marketing function. This role requires a strategic marketing leader with deep experience in B2B enterprise marketing within the CRM, ERP, MarTech, or CPaaS ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be an all-round marketer with expertise across event marketing, product marketing, and performance marketing, capable of driving brand growth, demand generation, market positioning, and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team across multiple functions.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to drive business outcomes.
Establish and track marketing KPIs, ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue growth.
2. Event Marketing




Own and execute the company’s event marketing strategy, including industry conferences, trade shows, webinars, customer events, partner events, and executive roundtables.
Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through impactful event programs.
Measure event effectiveness and optimize ROI through data-driven insights.
Build relationships with industry associations, partners, and event organizers.
3. Product Marketing
Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for enterprise customers.
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, feature releases, and new market initiatives.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to strengthen product positioning.
Enable sales teams with compelling collateral, presentations, case studies, and sales tools.
4. Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook
