The team partners with Global Markets, Finance, Customer Service,



and Business stakeholders to drive process efficiency and enhance customer experience.

PURPOSE

Serve as a subject matter expert for Cash Application and Ledger Management processes by driving resolution of complex accounting issues, enhancing controls, and supporting transformation initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Manage complex cash application scenarios and customer accounts.
Conduct detailed ledger analysis and reconciliation activities.
Drive resolution of unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and disputed transactions.
Identify root causes of recurring accounting and operational issues.
Ensure customer accounts remain compliant and accurately maintained.
Support audits and control requirements.
Collaborate with market teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare operational reporting and performance insights.
