Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by engineers, architects, or other project leads.

• Ensure all drafts comply with industry standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with project teams to interpret design concepts and transform them into working drawings, like All kind of Architectural Plans and Elevations, Typical Details etc.

• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD) to create and modify drawings.

• Revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients.

• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and meet project deadlines.

• Maintain proper documentation and revision control for all drawings.





• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Draftsman, CAD Technician, or similar role in [relevant Fitout, Joinery, Interior and architectural]

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD etc.).

• Solid knowledge of drafting techniques, standards, and principles.

• Attention to detail in Joinery a shop-drawing with a high level of accuracy.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
