Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective candidates through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
Understand each candidate's career goals and current challenges.
Recommend suitable Career Accelerator Services based on individual requirements.
Explain the benefits of Resume Optimization, LinkedIn Optimization, Interview Preparation, Dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) Service, Job Search Assistance, and other career services.
Convert inquiries into paid customers.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and referrals.




Maintain accurate lead information in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with candidates for future career support.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Punjabi communication skills will be an added advantage.
Confident speaking with candidates over phone and video meetings.
Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
Comfortable working with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Prior experience in sales, counseling, recruitment, education, HR, or customer service is preferred.
