We're looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn talent acquisition properly - not by sitting on the sidelines, but by getting hands-on with real requisitions from day one, working alongside founders who are deeply involved in every hire.

What you'll actually do
Your #1 job is supporting recruitment end-to-end (70%):

Source candidates through LinkedIn, communities, and outbound channels for open roles across product, engineering, marketing, content, and founder's office
Screen resumes and conduct first-round conversations to build a qualified pipeline
Coordinate the candidate journey - scheduling, follow-ups, communication - so nothing falls through the cracks and candidates have a great experience
Keep our hiring trackers and dashboards accurate and up to date, so we always know where every role stands
Work closely with founders on live roles, sitting in on debriefs and learning how hiring decisions actually get made
Take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for select junior/mid-level roles as you build confidence
