Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP BASIS Manager to lead, manage, and mentor a team of 60+ SAP professionals while ensuring the stability, scalability, performance, and strategic direction of SAP landscapes.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation in SAP BASIS, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & People Management
Lead and manage a team of 60+ SAP BASIS consultants, engineers, and leads.
Drive team performance, capability development, resource planning, and succession planning.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage team utilization, career growth, and performance evaluations.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for senior business and IT stakeholders.
Build robust relationships with customers, leadership teams, vendors, and partners.




Provide regular updates on service performance, risks, escalations, and improvement initiatives.
Drive executive-level discussions and governance meetings.
Service Management & Governance
Ensure adherence to ITIL-based service management processes.
Lead incident, problem, change, and release management activities.
Define and monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and continuous service improvement plans.
Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of critical issues.
Strategic & Program Management
Support SAP transformation and modernization initiatives.
Drive operational excellence, automation, and process improvements.
Manage project delivery timelines, risks, budgets, and resource planning.
Partner with enterprise architects and SAP leadership on roadmap planning.
SAP BASIS Delivery & Operations
Oversee SAP BASIS operations across multiple SAP landscapes and environments.
